Thetechnicalspecicationscontainedintheseoperatinginstructions

downimmediatelyandinspectedbyanauthorisedWIKAservice

engineer.

Ifthetemperaturetransmitteristransportedfromacoldintoawarm

environment,theformationofcondensationmayresultintheinstru-

mentmalfunctioning.Beforeputtingitbackintooperation,waitforthe

instrumenttemperatureandtheroomtemperaturetoequalise.

Themanufacturershallnotbeliableforclaimsofanytypebasedon

operationcontrarytotheintendeduse.

2.2 Personnel qualication

Skilled personnel

Skilledpersonnelareunderstoodtobepersonnelwho,basedontheir

technicaltraining,knowledgeofmeasurementandcontroltechnology

andontheirexperienceandknowledgeofcountry-specicregula-

tions,currentstandardsanddirectives,arecapableofcarryingout

theworkdescribedandindependentlyrecognisingpotentialhazards.
